How Much of Each is a recipe aggregation service that allows users to:

Submit recipe URLs or upload recipe images
Extract and combine ingredients from multiple recipes
Create organized shopping lists
Save and share shopping lists (with an account)

3. User Accounts

You may use the Service without an account with limited functionality. To save shopping lists and access additional features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Use automated means to access the Service without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit the Service

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Recipe content you submit (URLs or images) remains your responsibility. We do not claim ownership of recipes you process through the Service. The extracted ingredient data and shopping lists you create are yours to use, share, and delete as you wish.

The Service itself, including its design, features, and code, is owned by How Much of Each and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may access third-party websites when you submit recipe URLs. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT EXTRACTED INGREDIENT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOW MUCH OF EACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE, IF ANY.
